Your San Diego and Las Vegas Expert Real Estate Agent

Claire Susick, a native of Sonoma County, California, has been a highly qualified, motivated and experienced Real Estate professional since 2011. Premier real estate specialist representing both buyers and sellers.

Some say that Claire is “more than just your average Realtor” because of her diverse background in the Real Estate industry - not only does she have experience in construction from working for her father’s business, but she also holds a BA in architectural design from the University of California at Davis. She knows what makes for a great home from the ground up, and can quickly distinguish the style, background, and history of any house.

While some Real Estate agents get licensed because they think it is quick and easy money, Claire got into the business because of the level of knowledge and expertise she can bring to the table with her background, as well the passion she has for long-term client relations. She takes the time to get to know each and every one of her clients personally so she can understand their individual priorities and create a personalized, step-by-step plan to help navigate the entire process of buying or selling a home in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Claire treats each home as if it is her own, and each client as family. Her primary objective is to assist her clients in finding their dream home. Whether buying or selling a home, Claire’s bottom-line is simple: providing nothing but the best representation in the Real Estate business!

Charities I Support

The Las Vegas Rescue Mission has been around since 1970, starting out in a small storefront building that included the chapel, kitchen and a shelter that could only hold a few men. Since then, the Mission has grown to several buildings and a campus that fills nearly two city blocks, with the ability to feed, shelter, and serve hundreds of men, women and children.

Claire will be walking for the SF Avon Breast Cancer Crusade! The Avon Breast Cancer Crusade seeks to improve breast cancer outcomes and reduce disparities in survival rates at the community and national levels. Our strategic grant making reflects: a holistic and place-based approach in high-need areas throughout the United States; a commitment to enabling access to medical advances and support services for breast cancer patients, particularly those from vulnerable populations; and a commitment to investing in research on the prevention, diagnostics, and treatment of breast cancer.

The Avon Breast Cancer Crusade focuses on care and seeks to help across the continuum of breast cancer – not only helping those who are at risk or diagnosed with the disease today, but also research into finding better treatments for tomorrow.
